NEW ALBUM!!!
New pop sensation 'Sweet Thing' have revealed details of their new album due out in December. James Bud and Rich Smith have been writing a string of tracks including 'I'm Over Here My Dear', 'Manchild' and 'Slipped Disc'. Recording is due to take place at the end of the summer where the band will stay in Camberley, with a video for 1st single (yet to be names) to be shot in Dundee.
In the meantime, new poems written by Bud have leaked onto the web. Yikes! ... odihamposse brings you some of them yeah...

To Love Somebody
James Bud has released a new single 'To Love Somebody' from forthcoming 3rd album 'Whatchagot?'
Bud decided that it was time he released a cover which he dedicated to his brother Andy who was recently released from prison for kidnapping a lollipop man
in Carlisle.
'Best European Artist'
James Budkeiwicz has attacked the organisers of the Brit Awards after he was snubbed for 'Best European Artist' award. The 42 year old singer/actor promptly released 'Don't Ask Me A Reason Why' which was released on Valentines day. "I'm pretty upset nobody told me that I am leaving the ceremony empty handed, I found out in yesterdays Sun newspaper. I's works velly hard to get 2006 off to a good start but I am determined to win something at the Cannes Film festival with my new film 'Cock in the corner' which is about a tramp who lives on the corner of a street in Manhattan who witnesses a drug related murder. However, he is a former FBI agent who trains and gets fit and catches the bad guys... It's great. Billy Crystal said he's going to play the role of an underworld gangland boss called Zap. I play Hugo Slendid the tramp/FBI agent who comes out of retirement and saves his daughter from the evil clutches of Zap... It's due for release in the summer innit! Yeah... Might even do the theme tune...."
'Best Video' and 'Best European Solo Artist'
James Budkeiwico has been nominated for this years Brit Awards in February after his first album 'Man Date' went platinum. He has been selected for 'Best Video' and 'Best European Solo Artist' The 42 year old was estatic at the news: "I am over the moon, I have worked so hard to make my voice heard across the World and I'm finally being recognised... "Many people laughed when I said I will do be the best thing since Phil Collins but I am laughing at them now. I'd like to thank my agent Sam Duggan, band members Rich Smith and Dan Pearce, my mummy and daddy, fat brother and God. Above all I'd like to thank you, my fans... May God be there for you forever my sweet child".
Bud will be appearing at the Brit Awards performing a cover of Extreme's 'More Than Words' with former Olympic bronze medalist Roger Black.
movie role
Soft Rock star James Budkeiwicz has been offered a movie role in a film called 'That Bitch Is Dead 2'. It's about a 43 year old retired cop who has flashbacks from the past regarding the murder of his uncle Nigel Quelch who was mysteriously killed due to foul play in an archery compitition in 1989.
He is temped out of retirement to do one more job by his old boss Hugo Banaderra who has already lost eight men investigating the case, all of whome have been killed by a bow and arrow to the neck. Sensationally, as the plot unravels it turns out that these murders are linked to his flashbacks and revenge of his unkle unsuspecting death is surely on the cards... isn't it?
Bud has already turned down a string of TV roles, most recently replacing Grant Mitchell on East Enders, Vic from the Shield, Ashley from Coronation St and Phil Collins in Buster 2 Xmas Vacation. It was said that he was busy trying to complete the recording of his second album 'Sensations' in Crewe, but the offer from Hollywood was just too good to turn down.
He later said to reporters outside his home:
"I'm done with the chilling, the pilling and the swilling, Been acting the lovin' and the shovin' and the killin', Don't ask me if I'm willing to get milling with the drillin' Extra ketchup on me fillin' of the burger on the grillin'... asswipe!"
For Your Thighs Only' Single to be released 1.11.2005
James Budkiewicz is to release his first single from his self titled 2nd album. The new single 'For Your Thighs Only' follows the huge success of his debut album Oceans and he will follow up with a tour of the UK (Dates TBA)In an exclusive interview with Odihamposse.com he said "Yeah, the album is absolutely excellent my friend. The first one proved a huge success so I've pretty much kept the exact formula. "The only change is that I drafted in Richard Smith from Brighton Rock outfit Frock to play guitar on the acoustic numbers - there's nine by the way and this will put me on the next level of celebrity".

Bud Duets With old Flame...
James Budkiewicz is to release a Xmas special song with former lover Cara Jetson. It's been reported that former stuntman and Basingstoke Country Hotel assistant manager is set to do a cover of Wet Wet Wet's 'Sweat Surrender'. Jetson, a former love interest, dropped claims that he was a sex pest back in 1995 and they have since become just good friends.
Look out for the New Bud website, coming to a modem near you in 2006.
